The kitchen is equipped with new appliances including dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and washer/dryer. Dishes, pots, pans, and linens are also available. The bathroom features a brand new bathtub, toilet, and vanity.

$500 per month per bedroom

Both units are the same size, 2BR 1BA and are identical, except the furniture. Unit 103A "Moderno" has a modern European flavour, while unit 103B "Rustico" is more rustic, old Florida beach style.
