103A ModernoLiving room has a modern black leather couch, chair, and ottoman. High speed internet and cable are provided; just bring your own laptop. The bedrooms offer sleek black platform beds with queen memory foam mattresses and a pair of sleek nightstands. The contemporary glass dining table sits four people on four comfortable white leather chairs. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances including dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and washer/dryer. Dishes, pots, pans, and linens are also available. The bathroom features a brand new bathtub, toilet, and vanity. Just bring your toothbrush and enjoy your vacation!

Please note, both units are the same size, 2BR 1BA and are identical, except the furniture. Unit 103A is called "Moderno" has a modern European flavour, while unit 103B "Rustico" is more rustic, old Florida beach style.

St. Augustine, as the nation's oldest city, attracts thousands of tourists with its charm. Known as the "Ancient City," Saint Augustine presents magnificent landmarks, such as, Castillo de San Marcos, Fort Matanzas, Flagler College, Lightner Museum, and the Lighthouse. Alligator Farm is the biggest attraction for kids, young and old. At Marineland visitors can swim with dolphins. The area houses state parks, such as, Washington Oaks Gardens with native and exotic plant species, Anastasia with the Salt Run, Faver-Dykes, Fort Mose, Gamble Rogers Memorial, and Princess Place just to name a few.
